Services
NSPGS provides:
License
Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the purchased subscription or perpetual license agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- •Provide accurate information
- •Maintain data backups where applicable
- •Prevent unauthorized access
Subscription Plans
NSPGS offers:
Monthly Subscription
Annual Subscription
One-Time Perpetual License
Subscription fees are payable according to the selected plan. Payments must be made through approved payment methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, documentation, AI models, and product content remain the exclusive property of NSP Global Solutions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSPGS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
